With Minor Violation Forgiveness, if you receive a minor traffic citation, you’ll have the assurance that your rates won’t increase, just because of that violation. Like Accident Forgiveness, the coverage renews after three years of the most recent minor violation. (Minor Violation Forgiveness applies to only one minor violation at a time, per driver not per policy.)
